The public can take advantage of free memory screenings on Nov. 13 at hundreds of sites across the United States and around the world. The screenings are offered to promote early detection and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and related illnesses. Thursday, July 22, marked the end of the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference held in Paris. The weeklong forum gave researchers the opportunity to report on and discuss the groundbreaking research and information on the cause, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.
